All sessions are paid for in advance, through Paypal.

Paypal offers you a free service. If you do not already have an account you can set one up here; www.paypal.com. Paypal also accepts credit card payments.

 

If I have to cancel a session for any reason, I will issue a refund or free rescheduling.

Please note!

• If you have to cancel your session for any reason, you must cancel at least 48 hours in advance to qualify for a refund.

• When cancellations are made in a timely manner, you will be refunded the full amount you pre-paid,

     less a ($, €, £) 10.00 inconvenience fee.

• There is no fee to reschedule if you reschedule at least 48 hours in advance. If you reschedule later than that, there will be a ($, €, £) 25.00 inconvenience fee.

• Unused portions of coaching packages will be refunded on a pro-rated basis upon request. The pro-rating is based on the unused part of package deal, less a ($, €, £) 50.00 cancellation fee.

 

Refund example;

If you purchased a 5 session prepaid coaching package for US$495.00 then wished to cancel after 3 sessions, your refund would look like this;

 

5 session coaching package     $495.00

3 sessions used                        -$297.00

Cancellation fee                        -$ 50.00

Your refund                                $148.00
